IMPLEMENTATION REQUEST

Start your company setup

Complete the same setup sections used in your CRM. Save your progress, then submit your information for our implementation team to prepare your company account. Agreements and payment are handled separately; this request does not start a subscription.

Loading your setup…

Your information is saved to CRM Approved for setup review. Return using this browser to continue. Saving does not create a paid subscription or start messages.

1. Company information, logo and email profile
2. Users and roles

You are the company administrator. Additional users are optional; each person needs their own seat and sign-in. Listing someone here does not send an invitation.

3. Sending hours

Choose the company’s requested delivery hours. Your setup team verifies these before enabling delivery.

4. Billing

Enter your billing contact here. Card or bank details are collected separately through secure payment setup. Do not enter payment numbers in this form.

5. Legal agreements

Your setup team will prepare the required agreements using your company and principal details. You will review and sign them separately. Submitting this form does not sign an agreement.

6. Integration information and setup request

You may provide all three ARIVE credentials for secure setup, or leave them blank and arrange setup later.

We will help connect ARIVE and email after secure account setup. API keys and provider sign-in are handled privately; do not enter passwords, API secrets or borrower information in these notes.

If you want to import ARIVE records, tell us the scope. Wait for the setup team to confirm the import method before downloading or uploading borrower files.

7. Setup team verification

Your setup team completes these checks after you submit.

  • Company profile, logo and users
  • Microsoft or Gmail email connection
  • Separate Zapier folder and required Zaps
  • ARIVE mapping, webhook and duplicate-delivery checks
  • Sending hours and requested workflows
  • Billing and signed agreements
  • Test messages and replies using your own recipients

Information submitted is not the same as account activation.
